It's been a beautiful Monday today!
Sometimes the week surprises you with a very nice start, and that's something that gives you a little push to start with the best of spirits. Today I uploaded a picture of my career to WhatsApp statuses and I received two messages that made me smile, without knowing it, sharing my career gave me full of inspiration, and now, I will tell you more about it.
First, those messages are from people who are not runners, and one of them is interested in becoming a runner, so it is motivating to know that with your actions and passions you inspire others, and it also feels extremely nice that you generate admiration in someone else with your runs, it just gives you some energy to keep improving as a runner.
Now, telling you about my run today, I clocked 5.12 kilometers, a few meters more because I felt I had energy to do 6 kilometers... I was wrong, hahaha. The average pace was normal, I feel it's my standard pace at the moment, a pace of 6:41 /km, not bad, but deep down, I know I should already be improving it.
I didn't take a huge amount of photos, but these are the ones that turned out, pre, post and during the race, I always like to have many more options, however, the ones I share with you in this post fascinated me. I already want to run tomorrow and take more pictures, admire the beauty of the landscapes and, of course, inspire even just one person, because that already represents a change.
I hope you enjoyed my post as much as I enjoyed the race and sharing all my experience here with you, I send you a mega hug, thank you for reading me!
