Veo estas fotos y me parece mentira que en Margarira tuvimos nuestro primer Bitcoin Pizza Day. Es como una especie de sueño ver tantas mesas juntas cuando en ese mismo lugar el año pasado nos reunimos solo dos (@sugarelys y yo) para conocernos y plantearle mi sueño loco a Ely de armar una comunidad de Hivers en la isla, y desde ese primer encuentro, si han seguido mi blog, se podrán dar cuenta que cada día se suman más mesas, que ya no somos dos, sino que somos un grupo de más de 20 Hivers.
Lograr esto, como cada cosa que hemos hecho, ha sido un esfuerzo en común, un trabajo de hormiguita, donde cada quien hace su parte. Desde organizar el horario para que un buen grupo pudiese asistir, hasta ubicar el mejor lugar, con los mejores precios, ya que los gastos correrían por nuestra cuenta una vez más, fue todo un desafío, pero se logró, pudimos organizarnos, y lo que un día se soñó pudo ser una realidad.
La cita fue en un lugar precioso, que como les dije, fue el lugar donde por primera vez nos reunimos Ely y yo hace poco más de un año, así que tenía un significado bien especial. Se trata de una de las sucursales de la pizzería Mamma Mía ubicada en los Robles, Isla Margarita, un lugar que si bien no es el más cercano para muchos, todos hicimos nuestro mayor esfuerzo por estar, y a las 3:00 p.m. comenzamos a llegar poquito a poco y cerca de las cuatro, luego de algunas cervezas, muchas fotos, y verificar que ya estaban todos los que debían estar, llegaron las pizzas, y disfrutamos como una gran familia por primera vez en la isla, de esta celebración tan importante para el mundo crypto.
Esta vez ven nuevas caras en las fotos, son Hivers que tienen ya una trayectoria en Hive, pero que recién se reúnen por primera vez con nosotros como @floreudys79, @denissemata, @chiron y @manros11, y eso es algo que nos llenó de muchísima alegría, el poder conocernos, después de habernos leído por tanto tiempo través de las pantallas en Hive fue realmente genial, y saber que en este evento, aún nos falto gente, que a último momento no pudo llegar, me hace soñar con nuevos encuentros mucho más grandes, y por qué no? Con esos grandes eventos que hacen en otros Estados de nuestro país.
Quizá vamos lento, pero seguro. Hive Margarita, sigue creciendo.
I see these pictures and I can't believe that in Margarira we had our first Bitcoin Pizza Day. It's like a dream to see so many tables together when in that same place last year only two of us (@sugarelys and me) met to get to know each other and tell Ely my crazy dream of creating a community of Hivers on the island, and since that first meeting, if you have followed my blog, you can see that every day more tables are added, that we are no longer two, but a group of more than 20 Hivers.
Achieving this, like everything we have done, has been a common effort, a work of ants, where everyone does their part. From organizing the schedule so that a good group could attend, to locating the best place, with the best prices, since the expenses would be on our account once again, it was a challenge, but it was achieved, we were able to organize ourselves, and what we dreamed one day could be a reality.
The date was in a beautiful place, which as I told you, was the place where Ely and I met for the first time a little over a year ago, so it had a very special meaning. It is one of the branches of the pizzeria Mamma Mia located in Los Robles, Isla Margarita, a place that although it is not the closest for many, we all made our best effort to be there, and at 3:00 p.m. we began to arrive little by little and around four o'clock, after a few beers, many photos, and verify that everyone who should be there, the pizzas arrived, and we enjoyed as a big family for the first time on the island, this celebration so important for the crypto world.
This time you can see new faces in the photos, they are Hivers that already have a trajectory in Hive, but that just meet for the first time with us as @floreudys, @denissemata, @chironga64 and @manros11, and that is something that filled us with a lot of joy, to be able to meet us, after having read each other for so long through the screens in Hive was really great, and to know that in this event, we still missed people, who at the last minute could not arrive, makes me dream of new much bigger meetings, and why not? With those great events that they do in other states of our country.
Maybe we are going slowly, but surely. Hive Margarita continues to grow.
