La música es un elemento fundamental en la vida de muchas personas. Es común que coloquemos música para acompañar los distintos momentos de nuestra jornada, pues ella nos inspira, nos activa o nos relaja, todo depende de la actividad que estemos realizando. Por eso, en las mañanas podemos colocar canciones alegre para terminar de desperezarnos, quizás a media mañana melodías menos intensas, pero que nos motiven a realizar nuestras tareas, y en las noches algo más relajado para ir disminuyendo los niveles de energía y poder ir a dormir.
Music is a fundamental element in the lives of many people. It is common for us to play music to accompany the different moments of our day, since it inspires us, activates us or relaxes us, it all depends on the activity we are doing. For this reason, in the morning we can put on happy songs to finish waking up, perhaps at mid-morning less intense melodies, but that motivate us to carry out our tasks, and at night something more relaxed to decrease energy levels and be able to go to sleep.
