Desde muy pequeña mi mamá me ha repetido la misma frase una y otra vez "María José, todo es cuestión de actitud", y es que dentro de todo siempre he sido una persona bastante tímida, muchas veces no hago cosas por temor al que dirán, eso a lo largo del tiempo es algo que he ido mejorando muchísimo, sin embargo a veces tenemos algunas recaídas, pero créanme que trabajo duro en ello. Sin embargo, eso es algo muy cierto, la actitud lo es todo; nuestra clase de vida no esta determinada por lo que nos sucede si no por nuestra reacción ante ello. La vida no es esperar a que la tormenta pase, es aprender a bailar bajo la lluvia.
From a very young age my mother has repeated the same phrase to me over and over again "María José, everything is a matter of attitude", and it is that within everything I have always been a quite shy person, many times I do not do things for fear of what they will say , That over time is something that I have improved a lot, however sometimes we have some relapses, but believe me I work hard at it. Life is not waiting for the storm to pass, it is learning to dance in the rain.
No vivas la vida esperando la ocasión especial para usar esos zapatos que tanto te gustan, no esperes el tiempo indicado para usar la vajilla y los cubiertos finos, el día es hoy, la ocasión especial es que estas vivo, has eso que tanto te apasiona hoy, vive como si fuera tu último día, deja de preocuparte por cosas tontas y empieza a gozarte la vida.

Si algo me ha dejado la medicina es el recordatorio constante de lo frágil que es la vida, y como en un abrir y cerrar de ojos dejamos de estar en este plano. Deja de guardar todo para una "ocasión especial" y has que cada día que abras los ojos sea un día especial, sencillamente porque sigues vivo, porque tienes una nueva oportunidad para salir a guerrear y a luchar por tus sueños.
If something has left me medicine, it is the constant reminder of how fragile life is, and as in the blink of an eye we are no longer on this plane. Creo que no es la primera vez que hablo de esto por acá, pero no importa cuantas veces lo tenga que repetir, nunca sabemos quien pueda necesitar estas palabras de aliento. La vida es una sola y es hoy, deja de pensar tanto en el mañana y empieza a soltar el pasado, construye en el hoy y créeme que con eso te aseguraras el mañana que tanto anhelas.
