Esta es una receta que aprendí a hacer hace años con mi abuela, se trata de un guisado de pescado (atún) desmenuzado. Cuando era pequeña esta era la comida que se preparaba en casa, éramos muy pobres, pero mi tío conseguía el pescado en la playa con unos amigos, mi abuela lo preparaba y solo con ver como ella lo hacía, aprendí a prepararlo porque me gustaba cocinar, pero a esa edad no me dejaban hacerlo. Esta es una de mis recetas favoritas y me gusta, que me quede seco.

Este pescado es fácil de preparar, lleva pocos ingredientes y es delicioso y una ventaja es que si preparas lo suficiente se puede guardar en la nevera por muchos días y con él podemos preparar empanadas o para hacer una tortilla. Así que aquí tienes el paso a paso de este delicioso guiso de pescado desmenuzado.

- 1 kilo de pescado (Atún) - 3 cebollas - 2 tallos de cebollín - 2 tomates - 8 ajíes dulces - 1 cabeza de ajo - 2 limones - aceite - sal - cúrcuma - pimienta - Orégano

- 1 kilo of fish (Tuna) - 3 onions - 2 stalks of chives - 2 tomatoes - 8 sweet peppers - 1 head of garlic - 2 lemons - oil - salt - turmeric - pepper - oregano

- Para la preparación de esta receta lo primero que hacemos es lavar el pescado, luego lo ponemos a cocinar en una olla con abundante agua, hasta que se ablande.

- Después de sancochar el pescado, lo sacamos de la olla, lo dejamos enfriar un rato y procedemos a desmenuzarlo, luego exprimimos los limones, lo enjuagamos con abundante agua y le quitamos el agua con la ayuda de las manos.

- Mientras se cocinaba el pescado, lavamos y cortamos en cubos pequeños la cebolla, los pimientos, los ajíes dulces, el cebollín, el tomate y quitamos la piel de los ajos y reservamos.

- Ahora colocamos una sartén al fuego con aceite y cuando esté caliente añadimos el ajo machacado, después la cebolla, el pimentón y los ajíes dulces y por último añadimos los tomates y removemos para que se integre todos los ingredientes.

- Ahora añadimos una cucharadita de sal, otra de pimienta y otra de cúrcuma, para sazonar. Revolvemos bien para integrar los sabores.

- Ahora es el momento de añadir el pescado, mezclamos y por último añadimos el cebollín y una cucharadita de orégano, removemos para integrar todos los sabores y dejamos cocinar durante unos 15 minutos a fuego medio.
