Those picture was taken at Inle Lake , Myanmar which is located Southern Shan state . The lake was around 22km lake Source which become the most convenience transport using boat to move around the place . In earlier age , the local build their house near the lake that become theirs source of income , food and same time transportation . Even the Inlay Lake town become the hot spot especially for business , school and other accommodation , the majority of local still prefer living near the lake side.

This is some black and white series photo that i take while i was trying to visit and move around one of the village near the town which still living above the water. The long jetty was made to dock their boat . In Inlay lake , they have unique way to raw to boat using their feet which is much stronger than using their hand if the boat dont have any engine , and even they have the engine , they still prefer using their feet because it is much cheaper to move around like that .

Me and my friend { new friend which i meet in Bagan in my previous visit ) pay a boat to move around the village and just sightseeing their daily life . Personally , i dont know how it live above the water and i dont have any experience living on it , so im quite exciting to see around this place. Most of the house was made using wood , and look poor . It not just this place that look poor but majority people in Myanmar (for what i see) is still living in poverty . But , among the whole place that i visit , Myanmar is the people who laugh and smiling a lot . I learn that we can be happy every time we want as long we live in the present (that what my friend talk about the Burma people mindset).

Here is some black and white series of this visit , i hope you enjoy your visit at this place with me. See you in next post :).
