Disfrutando de las Orquídeas Enjoying Orchids Me alegra escribir por primera vez en esta comunidad de @hivegarden en la que revisando sus publicaciones me he conseguido con contenido de gran valor. Saludo a todos los que hacen vida aquí y a todos los que me leen. Muchos lindos jardines, cultivos y estrategias para cuidar de nuestras plantas, tantas cosas que desconocía y que poco a poco iré aprendiendo. Me gustan las plantas, ya sean de frutas u ornamentales, las flores son un colirio para mis ojos. *** *** En esta oportunidad paso por aquí a mostrarle una de las flores más bellas de nuestra amada Venezuela, incluso es nuestra flor Nacional **La Orquídea** de esta planta hay muchas en casa de mi suegra y cuando vamos para allá disfrutamos mucho de su presencia, ya que no se da en todo el año. La Sra. María las cuida con mucho amor, cada vez que puede ella misma les echa agua, si no su hija, las limpia quitándole las hojas que se marchitan o las que caen de otras plantas y se quedan enredadas entre sus orquídeas. *** *** Cuando vamos de visita, al entrar a la casa nos reciben estas hermosas orquídeas, su color característico, el morado o el lila con su centro amarillo, también ha tenido de las de color blanco, aún tiene; sin embargo, ya se había marchitado cuando fuimos. Como ella sabe que me gusta tomarle fotos, me lleva por todo el jardín para que capture con la cámara del teléfono cada una de sus orquídeas, tiene por diferentes lugares de su jardín, que es bastante grande. *** *** Por donde ella vive en Santa María de Cariaco llueve mucho; sin embargo, esta vez que fuimos el sol estaba fuerte, ya varias de las orquídeas se habían marchitado, tiene de varias clases, unas más grandes que otras, todas bellas, con un rico aroma que abarca todos los alrededores de la casa. *** *** Las Orquídeas se dan mucho en nuestro país, en muchos sitios con un clima apto se dan con abundancia, son de mucho cuidado para que se puedan mantener así de bellas. Sin embargo, el que no las cosecha y las tiene que comprar son algo costosas, he escuchado que en otros países pueden tener precios exorbitantes por su gran valor, hermosura y los cuidados que deben tener en su exportación. Así que nosotras somos afortunados de tenerlas a nuestro alcance y poder disfrutarlas al máximo. A mis niñas les encanta percibir su olor, su abuela les da permiso de agarrarlas de la mata para que puedan acariciar sus delicados y olorosos pétalos, se las colocan en el cabello, como si fuera un tocado para una boda especial. Se ven tan lindas mis princesas Arianna y Ambar.
