Tuna bites my way

I love sushi and Japanese cuisine in general, sometimes we also prepare sushi at home. We were planning a dinner with friends, but unfortunately, they cancelled it last minute. We made sushi just for the three of us. I was left with one nice piece of tuna fillet, and I’ve decided to prepare it for dinner the next day. I marinated the tuna in soy sauce, coated it with mustard and sesame seeds. I then seared the tuna fillet for two minutes on each side in a small amount of olive oil. And that's it. The taste, when you bite into the crispy sesame crust and then into the tender tuna meat, is absolutely divine. A tasty, simple and quick dish. You must try it!
