I enjoy baking with sourdough, from bread to sweats and pastry. Even if my sourdough starter has celebrated its third birthday and I’m still learning. But when it comes to bread, I think that I’m pretty good 😊. This time I baked our bread with wholegrain spelt flour. Spelt is an old type of wheat and has many positive effects on the body. The best thing about spelt is that it contains a lot of good quality proteins and is rich in amino acids, vitamins, and carbohydrates. Great to stimulate the body's immune system. The whole baking process is quite long and needs a little bit of planning (in total 2 days), but the result is rewarding 😊. My bread rested overnight, and I woke up quite early today so I was able to bake fresh bread for my family. It was really yummy…
