¿Te gusta que te regalen flores?

Hasta no hace mucho tiempo yo veía este gesto como algo cursi y cliché, pero me alegra que mi pensamiento haya cambiado. Ahora veo este gesto como uno de los más bonitos, especiales y que puede terminar alegrándole el día a cualquier persona. Durante Julio y Agosto recibí muchas flores por parte de mis amigos, gesto que me hinchó el corazoncito de alegría y plasmó una sonrisa en mi rostro. Haciendo un poco de conciencia sobre este detalle, creo que nunca antes me habían regalado flores de manera tan consecutiva como en esos días.

Las flores de estas fotografías fueron parte de mi regalo de cumpleaños, excepto la flor de pétalos rosa que -si no estoy mal- es una Gerbera. Por el contexto en que esta flor llegó a mí, me gusta pensar que fue como un regalo del Universo para transmitirme amor, energías positivas y simplemente decirme que todo está bien, que lo que pasa es siempre lo mejor.

Me gusta que mi perspectiva sobre las flores como regalo haya cambiado. Ahora me encanta que me regalen flores y yo regalar flores porque, además, soy fanática del significado que trae consigo cada tipo de flor y, precisamente, eso es lo agradable del detalle: que lo que apreciamos como una simple flor, trae un significado infinito y mucho más profundo de lo que podemos imaginar. Así que si no sabes qué decir regala entonces una flor porque este detalle puede decir más que mil palabras.

Do you like getting flowers?

Not too long ago I saw this gesture as corny and cliché, but I'm glad my thinking has changed. Now I see this gesture as one of the nicest, most special and one that can end up brightening anyone's day. During July and August I received many flowers from my friends, a gesture that made my heart swell with joy and put a smile on my face. I think that I have never before received flowers in such a consecutive way as I did during those days.

The flowers in these photographs were part of my birthday gift, except for the pink petaled flower which -if I am not mistaken- is a Gerbera. Because of the context in which this flower came to me, I like to think that it was like a gift from the Universe to convey love, positive energies and simply tell me that all is well, that whatever happens is always for the best.

I like that my perspective on flowers as a gift has changed. Now I love to be given flowers and I love to give flowers because, in addition, I am a fan of the meaning that each type of flower brings with it and, precisely, that is the nice thing about the detail: that what we appreciate as a simple flower, brings an infinite and much deeper meaning than we can imagine. So if you do not know what to say then give a flower because this detail can say more than a thousand words.
