There are Sundays when I don't really feel like cooking, but today I was in a good mood to be in the kitchen, and I prepared a recipe that I had been thinking about for days, I have seen a lot of pasta in pink sauce, however, I had never prepared it, and the truth is that it is something super easy to prepare, and a very good option for when you don't have much protein for lunch hahaha. At first I thought of preparing the pink sauce with chicken, but I went a little further and taking advantage of the fact that I had some smoked pork chop in the refrigerator, I also added it. There are two ways to prepare it, one easier than the other, I opted for the one that, although easy, takes a little more work.

We can, as I show you here, prepare a bechamel sauce base, or to make the preparation much simpler, use heavy cream for savory recipes, which will save a little time, either way, will leave us a delicious result and that will leave us very well in front of our guests, and is that, this is a recipe that I intend to add to the lunch menu for my venture, of course, adjusting quantities and perhaps adding some ingredients, but, without a doubt, this is an excellent recipe.

200 gr	Chicken breast, boneless and seasoned
200 gr	Smoked pork chop
500 gr	Pasta
250 ml	Pasta Sauce
1 lt	Milk
2 Tbsp	Cornstarch
1	Finely chopped medium onion
1 tsp	Pasta garlic
	Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
2 tbsp	Olive oil

I usually keep the chicken breast already seasoned with garlic, cumin, pepper, salt, mustard and lemon juice, and this was the one I used, a breast seasoned with salt, cumin and pepper, will serve us very well for this recipe. We will begin by sautéing the smoked pork chop in the olive oil, we will do it until it browns a little, we remove it from the pot and add the chicken breast cut in cubes, when it browns we remove it from the pot and reserve it with the pork chop.

After removing the proteins from the pot, add the chopped onion and sauté until it crystallizes, then add the garlic paste, or chopped garlic if not, and continue sautéing for a couple of minutes, then add the milk that we have previously mixed with the corn starch, we will do this in two parts, mixing the first part until it thickens, and then continue adding the rest of the milk with the corn starch.

Once all the milk is integrated and when the mixture begins to thicken again, add nutmeg to taste, and continue adding the tomato sauce, you can also add tomato paste, however, I prefer to use the sauce that I prepare, which also has herbs that add a delicious flavor, canned sauces are also useful for this, mix for a couple of minutes and add the chicken and the smoked cutlet that we had reserved.

Rectify, salt and pepper, and add a couple of spoonfuls of pecorino cheese, this is optional, continue adding the pasta that should preferably be al dente, since it will absorb the liquid of the sauce and this will finish cooking, stir a couple of minutes to integrate the flavors well, and let stand about 5 minutes before serving.

I must admit that a fresh lettuce salad would have been better, but I was too lazy to prepare it, so I accompanied this delicious pasta, full of flavor, with a Russian salad I had prepared and some baked bananas, another extra touch of pecorino cheese and enjoy this delight. As I mentioned before, this beauty will become part of my menu, without a doubt, and the good thing about this sauce is that it can accept variations in terms of protein.

¡Hola, mis queridos amantes de la buena comida, feliz domingo! Hay domingos en los que realmente no me provoca cocinar, pero, hoy había buenos ánimos de estar en la cocina, y prepare una receta que venía pensando hace días, mucho he visto la pasta en salsa rosada, sin embargo, nunca la había preparado, y la verdad es que es algo super sencillo de preparar, y una muy buena opción para cuando no tienes mucha proteína para el almuerzo jajaja. En principio pensé en preparar la salsa rosada con pollo, pero fui un poco mas allá y aprovechando que tenía chuleta ahumada en el refrigerador, también se la agregué. Hay dos maneras de prepararla, una más fácil que la otra, yo opte por la que, aunque fácil, lleva un poco más de trabajo.

Podemos, como les muestro aquí, preparar una salsa bechamel base, o para hacer la preparación mucho más sencilla, utilizar crema de leche para recetas saladas, que ahorrara un poco el tiempo, cualquiera de las dos formas, nos dejara un resultado delicioso y que nos dejara muy bien delante de nuestros comensales, y es que, esta es una receta que pretendo adicionar al menú de almuerzos para mi emprendimiento, claro está, ajustando cantidades y tal vez adicionando algunos ingredientes, pero, sin duda alguna, esta es una receta excelente.

Como ya lo mencioné, con pocos ingredientes, muy fácil de preparar y un extra, podemos hacerla en poco tiempo, por lo que, es una receta excelente para esos días en que no contamos con mucho tiempo para hacer el almuerzo, acompáñame y te muestro como prepare esta deliciosa pasta en salsa rosada de pollo y chuleta ahumada de cerdo.

Ingredientes

200 gr	Pechuga de pollo, deshuesada y condimentada
200 gr	Chuleta de cerdo ahumada
500 gr	Pasta
250 ml	Salsa para pastas
1 lt	Leche
2 Cdas	Fécula de maíz
1	Cebolla mediana finamente picada
1 cdta	Pasta de ajo
	Sal, pimienta y nuez moscada al gusto
2 cdas	Aceite de oliva

La pechuga de pollo suelo conservarla ya condimentada con ajo, comino, pimienta, sal mostaza y jugo de limón, y esta fue la que utilice, una pechuga condimentada con sal, comino y pimienta, nos servirá muy bien para esta receta. Comenzaremos por saltear la chuleta ahumada en el aceite de oliva, lo haremos hasta que esta se dore un poco, la retiramos de la olla y agregamos la pechuga de pollo cortada en cubitos, al dorar retiramos de la olla y reservamos con la chuleta de cerdo.

Luego de haber retirado las proteicas de la olla, agregaremos la cebolla picadita y saltearemos hasta cristalizar, para agregar luego la pasta de ajo, o ajo picado en su defecto, y continuar salteando por un par de minutos, luego agregamos la leche que previamente hemos mezclado con la fécula de maíz, esto lo haremos en dos partes, mezclando la primera parte hasta espesar, para luego continuar agregando el resto de la leche con la fécula de maíz.

Una vez integrada toda la leche y cuando la mezcla comience a espesar nuevamente, le agregaremos nuez moscada a gusto, y continuamos adicionando la salsa de tomate, también pueden colocarle pasta de tomate, sin embargo, prefiero ponerle la salsa que preparo, que además tiene hierbas que le agregan un delicioso sabor, las salsas enlatadas también sirven para esto, mezclamos por un par de minutos y adicionamos el pollo y la chuleta ahumada que teníamos reservada.

Rectificamos, sal y pimienta, y le coloque un par de cucharadas de queso pecorino, esto es opcional, continuamos agregando la pasta que debe estar al dente preferiblemente, ya que esta absorberá el líquido de la salsa y con esto terminara su cocción, revolvemos un par de minutos para integrar bien los sabores, y dejamos reposar unos 5 minutos antes de servir.

Debo admitir que le iba mejor una ensalada fresca de lechugas, pero me dio pereza prepararla, así que acompañe esta deliciosa pasta, cargada de mucho sabor, con una ensalada rusa que tenía preparada y unos plátanos horneados, otro toque extra de queso pecorino y a disfrutar de esta delicia. Como lo mencione anteriormente, esta belleza pasara a formar parte de mi menú, sin duda alguna, y lo bueno de esta salsa es que puede aceptar variaciones en cuanto a la proteína.
