This impromptu and rather quick vacation was the very first out-of-the-house/quarantine gig I had in 2020. It was around November and I remembered when my co-teacher/friends joked about going out and about amidst the pandemic.
The joke turned into something serious and before we knew it the three of us headed to the South bus terminal and rode a bus to Oslob. Sometimes life is filled with these kind of surprises, I think.
As this happened when the restrictions were lowered for the first time in many moons the travel was a bit hassle - we had to show our vaccine cards literally everywhere and our IDs as well as Travel Passes. We had to endure it since we badly wanted to go out of the house and enjoy a relaxing weekend by the beach!
As soon as we arrived at the little cutie resort the front desk officer asked for our "IDs/passes" and checked our online booking. We had to wait for good thirty minutes before we were shown our room.
I forgot the name of this lovely bread and breakfast we stayed in but I could not forget the relaxing view and fun stay I had with my gal friends Mitch and Ave. We laughed tons during this stay and took so many selfies and photos haha.
It seemed like this happened many many years ago when the lot of us were thrilled of "finally" going out after being on home quarantine. ~HOW TIME FLIES INDEED~ it is absolutely crazy!!
