Hills on Five

Day number five is now complete and our streak continues. We earned the coveted OTF Hell Week shirt yesterday and it was our eighth year in a row accomplishing that.

BUT

we also do all the workouts in each series, so although we reached the benchmark of four classes to meet the challenge, we worked out today and have three more to go.

Today's template "Never Miss a Leg Day" was another beast of a template, but I truly didn't expect that outside of the floor exercises that we were going to run on inclines for most of the treadmill template. It's not that we haven't done that plenty of times before, but I should have known lol.

So yes, our legs got some extreme work in.

Jiffy (Jimmy + Tiffany) as we are known in the Orangetheory community, our yearly routine, has been sporting the shirts we earned throughout the Hell Week series in year order and today's shirt was from the 2019 series; which I uploaded our selfie to this post.

Orangetheory Fitness has what seems to be a mystery template called "Confirmed Chaos" tomorrow and for some insane reason Tiffa and I signed up for the 90 minute version of the workout - OMG!
