After working out for 5 out of the last 6 days and putting in a lot of high intensity interval training sweat equity, taking a Sunday Funday off, by still remaining active on a beaufiful Florida sunny day is more than priceless.

Last Sunday, our activity walk was the day after an outdoor 5K running event and today's walk was after what was probably my best workout this past week.

One of my favorite places to go take some long walks is the ever growing part of the Lake Nona area, which is not far from where we live and where one of the fitness studios we frequent is nearby and specifically for this particular walking activity is the LAUREATE PARK TRAIL, which also has a heavy residential growth.

There are houses being built at a fast pace and not cheap houses either. The area is amazing and everytime we take this walk there, Tiffa and I feel like we see or walk by something new. Today we saw a jet skiing section. Not worth taking a picture of it as it had way too much construction around out to do it justice. We'll catch a shot of it, once it's fully built around it; which very well be completed by the next time we swing by there.

We walked about 2 1/2 miles this morning and then went to purchase me some new sneakers, as I need to keep the kicks fresh for the next round of HIIT workouts and running events. Tomorrow morning is our next workout. Let's Goooooooo!
