Finally visiting a Hooga myself!
All sorts of lamps. I love it when I walked into this section. Some of the lamps are so beautiful but then again my friend told me the cleaning and dusting maybe troublesome which she has a valid point.
Just look at these 2 lamps. I went mesmerized by them for a while.
Beautiful carpets and rugs.
Their clocks look so classy which I love. My friend said some people may have the confusion to tell the time without the digits haha. Oh well a price to pay to decorate a place to look more classy.
Love this piece of wall here with their motto!
Hahah my friends and I had some thoughts exchange on this bed. It looks so nice to be placed in the bedroom right? But the children may wreck it all!
More dried flowers and plants. I am taking up ideas from their shop there on how to beautify a place or even a picnic setting.
Their motto is "Simple Pleasures Everyday" which I agree wholeheartedly because we need to purposely find simple pleasures to add some taste to our daily life like placing a good piece of decoration will just brighten up the day when we look at it.
Look at all these dried flowers and baskets and wooden tables. I wish I have an artistic eye to do what they have here in Hooga!
I knew about this curated decoration shop from a friend who was renovating her house. So I paid attention to this brand and checked out theirHooga website . Today I finally got to step into their physical shop and it was like a whole new world for me! So many items to look at and shop for. I know if I am not careful, I will burn a hole in my pocket as their items are not cheap.
Hence, I decided that this will be suitable for @dswigle's #marketfriday!
When I stepped into this shop, it felt like the whole world suddenly went into a slow-motion. Every decoration piece look so delicate and interesting. It is a place for anyone who is trying to makeover their homes or adding in curated items to change the mood of your place. Even professional interior designers recommend to get their items like clocks and pictures.
They have all sorts of things from plants, to bed lines, to pots and tents, tableware and candles, to clocks and lamps, to carpets and basically anything you need to make a cozy home.
I especially like the clocks and lamps section because everything look classy here. I wished I could bring some of these home to makeover my home too but I know it is not feasible now as I have a 3-year-old toddler who would mess up everything I placed within his reach. I have not have a tidy home since he started walking.
My friend's house which is newer would be fit for the items here. Maybe next time whenever someone moves to a new house, I can fetch an item from here as their housewarming gift!
You know some decorative items actually may not be useful but they are so pretty to look at right? They add on the aesthetic feeling if you know what I mean.
I think I will want to return to just have a look at their items every now and then even though I may be just window shopping as for my current house, I am not permitted to add anymore things that have no significant usage to it. I am supposed to declutter and not add on to the clutter, you see!
But who wouldnt like to look at pretty things right? Hooga is such a beautiful relaxing place to walk into and after I stepped out of it into the bustling mall, I felt I have returned to "reality" hahaha.
