Hoy estaba en el dilema de qué hacer para cenar y recordé que tenía unos chorizos criollos en el congelador, y con eso el dilema quedó resuelto, arepas rellenas de chorizo 🤤.
Por lo general el chorizo criollo es grasoso, eso va a depender de cómo lo preparen, así que para que quedaran bien cocidos, los puse a hervir con un poco de agua para que soltaran la grasa y se fritaran con ella al secarse el agua.
Estaban deliciosos, lamentablemente no tenía aguacate para complementar, será para la próxima ❤️.
Today I was in the dilemma of what to make for dinner and I remembered that I had some chorizo criollos in the freezer, and with that the dilemma was solved, arepas stuffed with chorizo 🤤.
Usually the chorizo criollo is greasy, that will depend on how you prepare it, so to make them well cooked, I put them to boil with a little water to release the fat and fry with it when the water dries.
They were delicious, unfortunately I did not have avocado to complement, it will be for the next ❤️.
