Yesterday was my younger brother's birthday so we met at my parents' house to have a delicious barbecue, the food was delicious, we grilled chicken, beef and pork, served with salad and some cornmeal buns, a delicacy to taste, it was a great combination of flavors that made us repeat the portions more than once, we accompanied the meal with a sauce that I made at home emulsifying the egg with oil and seasoning with parsley and garlic, the ideal sauce to dress the meats, the day went by normally, we all talked, laughed, listened to music and joked around for a while, I usually talk a lot about series and movies with my brother since we are both movie fans, whenever we get together we only talk about that, spent in the afternoon we sang the birthday and ate cake, in general it was a great day full of good vibes, I hope that a day like this will be repeated soon, since I really like to meet with my family, we are a family My family is small, but among everything else we are very close and we always celebrate birthdays and other holidays together, such as Christmas and Easter, they are days where we spend time together talking and enjoying the time. El día de ayer fue el cumpleaños de mi hermano menor así que nos reunimos en la casa de mis padres para hacer una deliciosa parrillada, la comida estuvo deliciosa, asamos pollo, carne y cerdo, acompañamos con ensalada y unos bollos de harina de maíz, todo un manjar para degustar, fue una gran combinación de sabores que nos hizo repetir las porciones mas de una vez, acompañamos la comida con una salsa que hice en casa emulsionando huevo con aceite y condimentando con perejil y ajo, la salsa ideal para aderezar la carnes, el día transcurrió de manera normal, todos hablamos, nos reímos, escuchamos música y bromeamos un rato, suelo hablar mucho de series y películas con mi hermano ya que ambos somos fanáticos del cine, siempre que nos juntamos solo hablamos de eso, pasada la tarde cantamos el cumpleaños y comimos torta, de manera general fue un día genial cargado de buenas vibras, espero que se vuelva a repetir pronto un día así, ya que me gusta mucho reunirme con mi familia, somos una familia pequeña pero entre todo lo que cave somos muy unidos y siempre festejamos los cumpleaños y otras fiestas juntos como por ejemplo la navidad y la semana santa, son días donde la pasamos juntos hablando y disfrutando el rato.
