Hello beehive:
This little bee that speaks to you has just entered San Alejandro (national school of Fine Arts). This is a very prestigious center for its level and academic demands. It seems to me that I am in a dream. As much as happiness accompanies me, so does fear, I'm not going to lie to you, of the unknown, of effort and of course of failure. I think these are the greatest fears that accompany us all. The good thing is that today I know that where you feel fear is exactly where you have to go. To face them! Being surrounded by such great teachers and artists is as exciting as it is inspiring, it's a forced foot to growth. Today I show you the pictures of my first day. There was an exhibition with two galleries full of 2m high paintings; it was stunning. With a visuality a bit overwhelming for me, Zarza (the author), touches a sensitive subject to most Cubans "The yoke".

"The yoke tames, domesticates, forces and castrates the bulls; it eliminates the possibility of choosing between bull or ox, between being free or slave, between owing yourself or owing others".
