What is Asturian cider?
Natural cider obtained from the fermentation by traditional processes of Asturian apple must, to which no sugars are added and whose carbonic gas production is endogenous, never added afterwards, and with an alcohol content greater than 5%.
It is usually bottled in green bottles to protect its properties.
And in some places with great creativity they use them to give a green color that visually animates a lot. Since green is a color that is usually liked a lot and is always associated with Asturias for the green of its fields.
And to serve it, it is not made like other drinks. But the pouring is done. It is pulled from the bottle to the cider glass to break its aromas.
