Considerations
One of the things that I find interesting about the HIVE blockchain is the “delegation” tool. You can transfer HIVEs to another user's wallet while maintaining possession of the HIVEs that we delegate. That is, you can grant Hive Power to a user so that his influence on the blockchain increases. That is, his HP will be those in his possession plus those he received in proxy. However, those who have made the delegation will see the portion of these HPs decrease and therefore his influence on the blockchain will decrease, but will receive interest on the HPs he has delegated. I clarify the concept that if one has some HP in delegation, he will not be able to power down these HIVEs, which will remain in the possession of the delegating subject.
The delegated Hive Power is displayed in the user's wallet under the actual Hive Power balance and the figure is in brackets.
Today I delegated 100 HP to user @will91. A user who joined Hive in June 2021 and has made some pretty cool posts.
Conclusions
I consider the "delegation" an interesting tool to motivate the users we value most. It can also be useful for new users who write well to grow faster.

Considerazioni
Una delle cose che trovo interessanti della blockchain di HIVE è lo strumento di “delega”. Si possono trasferire degli HIVE in un wallet di un altro utente mantenendo il possesso degli HIVE che deleghiamo. Cioè si possono concedere Hive Power ad un utente in maniera che la sua influenza sulla blockchain aumenti. Cioè, i suoi HP saranno quelli in suo possesso più quelli che ha ricevuto in delega. Tuttavia chi ha fatto la delega, si vedrà diminuire la porzione di questi HP e quindi diminuirà la sua influenza sulla blockchain, ma riceverà degli interessi sugli HP che ha delegato. Chiarisco il concetto che se uno possiede degli HP in delega, non potrà fare power down di questi HIVE, che rimarranno in possesso del soggetto delegante.
L’Hive Power delegato viene visualizzato nel portafoglio dell’utente sotto il saldo effettivo dell’Hive Power e la cifra si trova tra parentesi.
Oggi ho delegato 100 HP all’utente @will91. Un utente che si è iscritto ad Hive in Giugno 2021 e che ha fatto dei post piuttosto interessanti.
Conclusioni
Ritengo lo “delega” un interessante strumento per motivare gli utenti che più stimiamo. Inoltre può essere utile ai nuovi utenti che scrivono bene per crescere più in fretta.
