2022 closed with a GOAL and 2023 opened with its fulfillment, like I explained in this article.
So, now, it’s time for 2023 to set another GOAL e and identify my new target for this year.
I am not setting a goal in terms of number of comments, in number of likes or interactions. I am setting a goal that is stimulating and at the same time, rewarding in the process.
Comments can be made of bad quality and likes can be given at almost random posts. These would be numeric results too easy to be achieved and too easy to be evaded with poor quality interactions.
I know that this path will be tough and that’s why I do not want to leave any escape route for me during this time. So the target can only be in HP, as a result of a decent volume of interactions but moreover a good quality of interactions and posts!
CONSISTENCE will be the keyword throughout this year.
So, what will be my target for the end of 2023?
I have set my goal at 5000HP, to be reached within the end of this year.
Il 2022 si è chiuso con un OBIETTIVO e il 2023 si è aperto con la sua realizzazione, come ho spiegato in questo articolo.
Quindi, ora è il momento per il 2023 di avere un altro OBIETTIVO e di fissare il mio nuovo obiettivo per quest'anno.
Non sto fissando un obiettivo in termini di numero di commenti, di like o di interazione. Sto fissando un obiettivo che sarà stimolante e, allo stesso tempo, gratificante nel processo.
I commenti possono essere di pessima qualità e i like possono essere dati a post qualsias. Si tratterebbe di risultati numerici troppo facili da raggiungere e troppo facili da eludere con interazioni di scarsa qualità.
So che questo percorso sarà duro ed è per questo che non voglio lasciarmi nessuna via di fuga. Quindi l'obiettivo non può che essere in HP, come risultato di un adeguato volume di interazioni ma soprattutto di una buona qualità di esse!
La parola chiave di quest'anno sarà CONSISTENZA.

Interacting with people here on the Hive Blockchain, with delegations but especially….I will do my best to post every day keeping a great quality and to do so, I will widen my topics.
You will start seeing about recipes (that my wife usually cooks), stories from a local art workshop called "Nel Mondo dei Sogni" in the North of Italy (Trieste) managed by two girls: Monica, Eros's wife, and Marta. Even some car-tuning stuff that is a true passion of Eros, my historical helper in crypto-related projects especially focusing on Blog management, Technical Token reviews and Project analysis.
I will, myself, write about cryptocurrencies, in the aspects I usually deal with my daily works and Advisory, projects I am advising and other things that will happen in my everyday tasks. I am going to write also about wheelchair basketball, a sport I have been practicing since 2009 and I have now become the coach (and athlete) of a team, with all the challenges I have to face as a coach of the team. I will also write about Yoga, that I am practicing since some time and I find it much useful for my physical and mental health.
A lot of topics, that will be split into the relevant communities.
With all of these topics, we will try to get the Yearly Author Badge on Hive, a new badge that has been issued from this year and we will do our best to achieve it!

Interagendo con le persone qui sulla Blockchain di Hive, le delegazioni ma soprattutto... farò del mio meglio per postare ogni giorno mantenendo una grande qualità e per farlo, amplierò i miei argomenti.
Comincerete a vedere ricette (che mia moglie cucina abitualmente), storie di un laboratorio artistico locale, chiamato "Nel Mondo dei Sogni" nel Nord Italia (Trieste) gestito da due ragazze: Monica, moglie di Eros, e Marta. Anche alcune cose di car-tuning che è una vera passione di Eros, il mio storico aiutante nei progetti legati alle criptovalute, in particolare incentrati sulla gestione del blog, revisioni di token tecnici e analisi del progetto. Vedrete anche cose di car-tuning che è una vera passione di Eros.
Io stesso scriverò di criptovalute, negli aspetti che di solito mi occupo dei miei lavori quotidiani e della consulenza, dei progetti che sto consigliando e di altre cose che accadranno nelle mie attività quotidiane. Scriverò poi anche di basket in carrozzina, sport che pratico dal 2009 e di cui ora sono diventato allenatore (e atleta) di una nuova squadra, con tutte le sfide che devo affrontare come allenatore. Scriverò anche di Yoga, che pratico da tempo e che trovo molto utile per la mia salute fisica e mentale.
Con tutti questi argomenti, cercheremo quindi di ottenere il badge annuale di autore su Hive, un nuovo badge che è stato rilasciato da quest'anno e faremo del nostro meglio per ottenerlo!
