Quali sono le reali potenzialità di Hive?
Ve lo siete mai chiesti? Quali sono le reali potenzialità di Hive? Io me lo chiedo spesso, e infatti vorrei tornare attivo come una volta. Il problema, enorme, é che ho davvero poco tempo libero a disposizione in questo periodo. Sto cercando di districarmi tra tesi, palestra, professori vari, possibili concorsi futuri e visite costanti all'archivio di stato. Ma la possibilità di vedere Hive crescere oltre misura mi affascina costantemente ogni giorno di più.
Tante e troppe volte abbiamo discusso delle reali potenzialità economiche che Hive ci offre, soffermandoci, chi più chi meno, sul valore di Hive e sulla potenza di HBD. Abbiamo troppe volte fantasticato su un boom della crypto, su un boom della piattaforma, su cosa potrebbe essere. Abbiamo parlato della possibilità di "arricchirsi", sulla possibilità di vivere di rendita grazie ad Hive, sulla possibilità di vivere di curation. E credo che ad oggi ci sia già chi riesce a farlo, quindi se hive esploderà sarà ben contento di avere di più. Ma io non voglio soffermarmi sull'aspetto economico, ma sull'aspetto pratico.
Hive é una grande community, con un progetto splendido, un ecosistema gigantesco che si arricchisce ogni giorno di più. Qualcosa per cui vale la pena, a mio avviso, sacrificarsi. E fino a qui ci siamo.
Ma se guardo indietro penso al fatto che i miei primi articoli non avevano assolutamente un taglio editoriale, non sembravano neanche articoli di un blog personale. Era qualcosa scritto a caso, alla rinfusa, senza un progetto, senza una idea.
Con il tempo sono cresciuto molto sotto questo aspetto, e, complice anche la stesura della tesi, ho imparato sempre di più a scrivere. Hive é un blog a tutti gli effetti, e c'é gente che con i blog si é arricchita. Ora non vorrei dire che da Hive possa uscire la nuova Chiara Ferragni, ma secondo me é possibile sviluppare una linea editoriale ed affermarsi come blogger. Blogger o Vlogger, ovviamente.
Noi tutti vediamo quello che YouTube ha donato a chi ha creduto, ci sono youtuber milionari che hanno lavorato 10 anni e ora sono in "pensione". Hive puó offrirci questa possibilità? Non credo. Il sistema é totalmente diverso. Peró, potrebbe. Se davvero si producono contenuti di qualità la community ti premia. Poco importa se sei un blogger, un vlogger, un gamer. Se fai bene sei premiato. E questa é la grande caratteristica di Hive, la potenziale opportunità. Chiaramente bisogna lavorarci, bisogna avere un piano, seguire una linea editoriale. Bisogna avere le attrezzature, videocamera e microfono nel caso del vlogger, penna e idee nel caso del blogger, buone skills nel caso del gamer.
Puó, ad esempio, 3speak sostituire youtube? A livello tecnico credo di si, a livello di monetizzazione, purtroppo, no. Ma é pur sempre una grande opportunità che penso vada sfruttata. E noi tutti dovremmo concentrarci molto di più, secondo me, nella creazione di video su 3speak. Innanzitutto perché così facendo aumenta l'utenza, se aumenta l'utenza saranno prodotti sempre più contenuti che inizieranno a girare di più nell'ecosistema di Hive. Più contenuti, più giri, più gente che ne parla. Se prima era un'opportunità da cogliere al volo, una volta colta, essa sarà un nuovo progetto da poter sviluppare.
Quali sono dunque le reali potenzialità di Hive? Tante, troppe. Ma io penso che in primis esse siano la capacità di sviluppare una idea di blog, l'opportunità di imparare a scrivere e ad analizzare gli scritti altrui, la grande opportunità economica futura, che potrebbe manifestarsi da un giorno all'altro e infine la capacità di poter connettere milioni di persone in tutto il mondo.

Have you ever wondered? What is the real potential of Hive? I often ask myself that question, and in fact I would like to be active again like I used to be. The problem, which is enormous, is that I have very little free time these days. I'm trying to extricate myself between thesis, gym, various professors, possible future competitions and constant visits to the state archive. But the possibility of seeing Hive grow beyond measure constantly fascinates me more and more every day.
Many and too many times we have discussed the real economic potential that Hive offers us, dwelling, some more than others, on the value of Hive and the power of HBD. We have too many times fantasised about a crypto boom, about a platform boom, about what it could be. We've talked about the possibility of 'getting rich', about the possibility of living off Hive, about the possibility of living off curation. And I believe that to date there are already those who can do that, so if Hive explodes they will be very happy to have more. But I don't want to dwell on the economic aspect, but on the practical aspect.
Hive is a great community, with a splendid project, a gigantic ecosystem that grows richer every day. Something worth, in my opinion, sacrificing for. And so far we are there.
But when I look back I think about the fact that my first articles had absolutely no editorial slant, they didn't even look like articles from a personal blog. It was something written haphazardly, in bulk, without a plan, without an idea.
Over time, I grew a lot in this respect, and, also with the help of writing my thesis, I learned more and more how to write. Hive is a blog to all intents and purposes, and there are people who have become rich through blogging. Now I don't want to say that the new Chiara Ferragni can emerge from Hive, but in my opinion it is possible to develop an editorial line and establish oneself as a blogger. Blogger or Vlogger, of course.
We all see what YouTube has given to those who have believed, there are millionaire youtubers who have worked 10 years and are now 'retired'. Can Hive offer us this possibility? I don't think so. The system is totally different. But it could. If you really produce quality content, the community rewards you. It doesn't matter if you are a blogger, a vlogger, a gamer. If you do well, you are rewarded. And that is the great thing about Hive, the potential opportunity. Of course you have to work at it, you have to have a plan, you have to follow an editorial line. You have to have the equipment, camera and microphone in the case of the vlogger, pen and ideas in the case of the blogger, good skills in the case of the gamer.
Can, for example, 3speak replace youtube? On a technical level I think so, on a monetisation level, unfortunately not. But it is still a great opportunity that I think should be exploited. And we should all concentrate much more, in my opinion, on creating videos on 3speak. First of all because if we do that it will increase the user base, if it increases the user base more and more content will be produced and more content will start to run in the Hive ecosystem. More content, more spins, more people talking about it. If before it was an opportunity to be seized, once it is seized, it will be a new project to be developed.
So what is the real potential of Hive? Many, too many. But I think that first and foremost they are the ability to develop a blog idea, the opportunity to learn how to write and analyse the writings of others, the great future economic opportunity, which could manifest itself from one day to the next, and finally the ability to be able to connect millions of people all over the world.
