Hello all Splinterlands and Hive friends. I have recently started this new project where I tell stories based on the Lore of Splinterlands and my own inventions, both of battles and cards. Let me know what you think.

pngegg_1_.png

Six hours on foot along the path through the sacred forests to Lyveria. Six hours on foot in which the three humans were to be accompanied by a Gnome hired especially for the occasion with a cart in tow for provisions.

Kron The Undying tried to organise everything as best he could, he wanted no more trouble. Not least because Old King Wilhelm would already have been very angry at hearing the ugly story involving three of his subjects. The relationship of the Humans with the Goblins had always been a bad one, but since Old King Wilhelm ascended the throne of the Humans, agreements were made between the highest authorities of Anumun. The pact stipulated that the Humans would no longer exploit the Goblins for cheap labour and to exploit them in the construction of Walls and Towers of concrete blocks; the Goblins would never again threaten the Humans, let alone involve them in anything shady like their Full Moon Partys.

For now, Kron had not yet communicated anything to Old King Wilhelm. But he had to, he couldn't just pretend and leave it at that.

In the meantime Spirit Of The Forest watched over Gobson, the punishments for the incidents caused by the Goblins had not yet been decided. It was feared that Gobson might have to be commissioned. Divine punishment in fact required the commissioning of the rebellious city until the order was redefined. Then followed the establishment of a local power closely linked to the highest authorities of Anumun.

"Humans!" cried Kron The Undying.

"Yes my lord! We are here!" replied Sinder.

"You are almost on your way, you will arrive before the sun sets, and you will also have time to stop when you are tired," said Kron.

Then he added: "I will go the first part of the way with you, then I will come back to settle the matter of Gobson. With you will come a Supply Runner who will bring a cart with all the supplies for every eventuality."

"All right My Lord, I thank you on our behalf." Answered Sinder.

"Please excuse me, do not speak of what happened to anyone. I must inform Old King Wilhelm of what has happened. When you arrive in Lyveria he will know everything and you will be welcomed and greeted by the entire population," Kron said again.

"Understood, sir," replied Finnerick.

"Now up! Let us set out, the road is long and you may encounter some unforeseen danger," said Kron.

Then he added: " Take these pieces of bread, they have a higher nutritional capacity than normal bread. We use it when we have to move our armies for battles in faraway places.

"Thank you Lord, you are too kind,' Sinder replied.

The Three Humans were preparing to leave when Spirit Of The Forest interrupted them.

"Dear Humans, I am deeply sorry for what happened. I hope you can forgive us for not arriving sooner. Our gratitude for your misfortune will manifest itself soon, as soon as you return to Lyveria. In the meantime, take these magic berries that grow in the Magic Forest. They will help you against physical and mental fatigue. These others will help you if you are injured or hurt. Remember red berries energy, green berries cure. Do not mix them up or confuse them," said Spirit Of The Forest.

"Thank you my lady." Answered Sinder.

At this point the three Humans were really ready to go. Supply Runner had loaded the cart, Kron The Undying was waiting for the final preparations to be completed.

The Humans saluted Spirit Of The Forest for the last time, then turned to the Goblins and could not utter a single word. They were still terribly angry with them. They could not understand the ease with which they had thought of trying to sacrifice them in favour of the Moon. They were still disgusted.

"Guys! Let's go," said Sinder.

"Gobson, beautiful and cursed. Sad and joyous, sacred and profane. I hope I never set foot within your walls again." added Sinder as he walked outside the Great Gate of the City.

The journey home now began. The journey to Lyveria now began.

"Umani!" urló Kron The Undying.

"Capito, signore." rispose Finnerick.

" Grazie Signore, troppo gentile" rispose Sinder.

I Tre Umani si apprestavano a partire quando Spirit Of The Forest li interruppe.

Ricordate bacche rosse energia, bacche verdi cura. Non le mischiate o non le confondete" disse Spirit Of The Forest.

" Grazie mia Signora". Rispose Sinder.
