Adesso che le temperature sono veramente scese in Albania si sta bene almeno per oggi e domani, poi ho letto che tornerà più o meno come era prima. Qui a Tirana fa freddo a tal punto che oggi dovevo prendere un maglione. Uscire a fare tutte le cose che avresti bisogno, a questi condizioni meteo, è una passeggiata. Ma stare fuori senza un capello o gli occhiali è uno sbaglio uguale. Il cielo è limpido e le persone sembrano più a loro agio per strada. Gli incontri e si fermano con molta più grinta. Anche chi deve lavorare sta meglio presso i uffici o in altre situazioni di lavoro. Si respira aria fresca non quella degli condizionatori che in realtà ti fa venire il mal di gola e basta. A casa fai tutto e non devi fare la doccia dopo, almeno non perché non supporti il caldo. Ti puoi guardare la tv e di senti in autunno più o meno. Portare fuori cani è veramente uno spasso in questi giorni specialmente quando loro ti saltellano qua e là. Giochi li puoi abbracciare. I miei cani hanno fatto il vaccino e ora stanno giocando uno con altro. A samuel piace mordicchiare il fratello, ma non solo a lui anche agli altri, è un loro gioco preferito, e lo fano almeno due volte al giorno. Poi abbaiano e litigano sul serio. Mangiano tutto quello che li do. Pure la verdura. Ho visto che avevano finito di mangiare ne più ne meno che un pomodoro intero cosi immediatamente. Quando giocano li piace abbaiare ma più di tanto non li lascio fare per via anche degli vicini di casa che abitano accanto. Comunque in generale sono tranquilli. Oggi è un giorno perfetto per riposare e fare altri piani per la prossima settimana. Durante i mesi del estate ti trovi a fare solo il necessario e poi via al mare o in montagna, ma in queste giornate puoi fare anche altre cose in più.
Da un argomento all'Altro, devo dire la verità il numero degli pensionati italiani in Albania sta crescendo. Persone che vengono da pensionato ma anche quelle che vengono per investimenti in Albania stanno aumentano. Il paese viene visto con simpatia per via delle tasse ma anche per la giovane popolazione. Gli italiani poi vengono visto molto bene, sarà perché l'Italia rimane ancora il paese modello per gli albanesi. Sarà perché molti albanesi ancora vivono in Italia. Ma io vi dico anche le relazioni bilaterali tra i due paesi sono forti consolidali e pieni energia. Poi diversi progetti non li mandano avanti per molto, quindi manca questa la volontà per mandare avanti le cose, ma gli incontri istituzionali sono molto fraterni. Si può notare dalla stretta di mano poi altri gesti amichevoli. Albania con Italia ha relazioni molto ma molto fraterni. Più o meno Albania e' vista come il piccolo fratello dell' Italia. Crescita'. E' qui che punta l'Albania. L'Italia è come un faro per la popolazione i governi.
Mentre l'ora sta andando verso le 17 mi viene in mente un altra cosa. Ma quanta storia l'Albania ha condiviso con l'Italia negli ultimi 30 anni di vita oltremare. Momenti tristi, di gioia, angoscia, momenti felici, vittorie, perplessità un po' tanto. L'amicizia degli nostri due popoli, la solidarieta' umana, equilibrio dello sviluppo. Siamo stati guidati ma anche abbiamo dimostrato che con l'impegno di possono raggiungere molte cose. Impegno costante, senza badare molto alle piccole cose che ti distraggono dalla tua voglia di arrivare al dunque delle cose, dagli principi e dagli tuoi valoro importanti, quelli trasmessi giono dopo giorno per avere quello che noi vogliamo; liberta e responsabilità reciproca.

Now that the temperatures have really dropped in Albania it's fine at least for today and tomorrow, then I read that it will be more or less like it was before. Here in Tirana it is so cold that today I had to take a sweater. Going out to do all the things you would need, in these weather conditions, is a piece of cake. But being outside without a hair or glasses is an equal mistake. The sky is clear and people seem more comfortable on the street. The meetings and stops with much more grit. Even those who have to work are better off in offices or in other work situations. You breathe fresh air not that of the air conditioners which actually gives you a sore throat and that's it. At home you do everything and you don't have to shower afterwards, at least not because you can't stand the heat. You can watch TV and feel like it's fall more or less. Dog walking is a lot of fun these days especially when they're bouncing around at you. Games you can embrace them. My dogs have had the vaccine and are now playing with each other. Samuel likes to nibble on his brother, but not only him, other people too, it's their favorite game, and they do it at least twice a day. Then they bark and fight seriously. They eat everything I give them. Just the vegetables. I saw that they had finished eating nothing more than a whole tomato so immediately. When they play they like to bark but I don't let them do much because of the neighbors who live next door. However in general they are calm. Today is a perfect day to rest and make other plans for next week. During the summer months you find yourself doing only what is necessary and then off to the sea or in the mountains, but in these days you can also do other more things.
From one topic to another, I have to tell the truth the number of Italian pensioners in Albania is growing. People who come from retirement but also those who come for investments in Albania are increasing. The country is viewed with sympathy because of the taxes but also because of the young population. Then the Italians are seen very well, it will be because Italy is still the model country for the Albanians. It will be because many Albanians still live in Italy. But I also tell you the bilateral relations between the two countries are strong consolidated and full of energy. Then various projects don't keep them going for long, so this lacks the will to keep things going, but the institutional meetings are very fraternal. It can be seen from the handshake then other friendly gestures. Albania has very, very fraternal relations with Italy. More or less Albania is seen as Italy's little brother. Growth'.
