Nelle nostre montagne sono scopiate le fiamme. Tremendo. La situazione nei giorni precedenti era molto allarmante. Migliaia di ettari bruciati. C'è stata anche una vittima.

Il ministero della Difesa comunica che continuano a essere problematici ancora diversi incendi nel nord e nel sud del Paese.

Fu lanciato anche un comunicato stampa secondo il quale, il ministero ha fatto sapere che proseguono con intensità i lavori da terra e dall'aria per lo spegnimento dell'incendio.

E' intervenuto anche l'esercito albanese, ma sono arrivate anche da Kossovo. Le Forze hanno consentito l'isolamento del focolare nell'area di Qafa Kumbulla, mentre le KSF del Kosovo sono concentrate da Lakut i Mollë (nord).

Sempre al nord l'incendio è attivo ad'alta intensità, nella parte che si trova su il confine con Puka. Il terreno in pendenza e roccioso e questo complica il lavoro delle forze da terra, ma non c'è pericolo per le abitazioni e la situazione è monitorata da apposite strutture.

Numerose forze da terra e dall'aria sono concentrate anche nel villaggio di Thirrë a Fan di Mirdita, dove si sta lavorando per fermare la propagazione delle fiamme e normalizzare la situazione.

Inoltre, secondo il Ministero della Difesa, la situazione nel focolare sopra il villaggio di Dukat, che si era stabilizzato in precedenza, ma c'è stata una ripresa delle fiamme rimane problematica. L'operazione sta continuando da terra e dall'aria. Anche in questa zona non c'è pericolo di abitazioni.

È rimasto attivo un focolare nel villaggio di Patalej a Lezha, dove le forze armate stanno lavorando per isolare un pezzo di fuoco in direzione delle strade del villaggio. Nessun rischio anche per le abitazioni in questa zona.

SUD. Gli incendi a Krushovë, Gjonomadh e Leshnjë nel comune di Korçë, così come l'incendio nella zona denominata Guri i Nikës nel comune di Pogradec, secondo il ministero, sono tenuti sotto controllo dalle forze di terra e sono non è più un problema.
Il fuoco è stato messo sotto controllo poi spento su tunnel Kalimash che collega l'Albania con il Kossovo.

Gli elicotteri dei vigili del fuoco con un equipaggio di 50 persone provenienti dalla Repubblica Ceca e dai Paesi Bassi, messi a disposizione attraverso le Operazioni di Protezione Civile Europea e di Aiuto Umanitario, sono arrivati ​​4 giorni fa a Tirana per supportare le squadre albanesi che combattono gli incendi boschivi.

I tre esperti tecnici degli USA stanno collaborando con gli esperti albanesi per fornire competenza ed esperienza nell'operazione contro gli incendi nel territorio dell'Albania.

Inoltre, il focolare riattivato viene monitorato sulla superficie cespugliosa sul monte Tomorri, nell'area rocciosa sopra il "Kulmak Teqna", villaggio di Ujanik, per eliminare le riaccensioni del vento e i tronchi ardenti.
