Who hasn't seen the movie PREDATOR with Arnold Schwarzenegger at least once? The classic action movie with horror nuances of the legendary 80s / 90s, I am happy to look at it every now and then. The plot of the film is very simple, a group of chosen soldiers find themselves carrying out a rescue mission in the middle of a jungle, while a friendly alien predator hunts them.
Plot aside, with this post I show you a little work of mine, where I went to recreate a hypothetical poster of the movie PREDATOR, also changing the title to PREY (what a presumption 😜). The graphic style used was created by going to stylize and customize the vision that "the alien predator" had through his helmet (for those who have seen the film it will be much easier to understand what I mean).
As often happens with this type of work, I always have a lot of fun making them, I let go of the imagination and creativity, going to play with colors. I love it when various pop influences re-emerge.

Chi non ha visto almeno una volta il film PREDATOR con Arnold Schwarzenegger? Il classico film d'azione con sfumature horror dei mitici anni 80/90, io ogni tanto lo riguardo volentieri. La trama del film è molto semplice, un gruppo di soldati scelti si ritrova a svolgere una missione di salvataggio in mezzo ad una giungla, mentre un simpatico Predatore alieno gli dà la caccia.
Trama a parte, con questo post vi mostro un mio piccolo lavoro, dove sono andato a ricreare un ipotetico poster del film PREDATOR, cambiando anche il titolo in PREY (che presunzione 😜). Lo stile grafico utilizzato è stato creato andando a stilizzare e personalizzare la visione che "il predatore alieno" aveva tramite il suo casco (per chi ha visto il film sarà molto più semplice comprendere quello che intendo).
Come spesso accade con questo tipo di lavori, mi diverto sempre molto a realizzarli, lascio andare la fantasia e creatività, andando a giocare con i colori. Mi piace quando le varie influenze pop riemergono.
