It is easier to live with a hat. 80 percent of your body heat goes out your head. It is not about hot or cold. It is about saving resources, energy. It is easier to live with a hat. Otherwise, you have to spend more energy keeping yourself warm. Also, my room is cold. Even if it is hot outside, my room still gets cold.
