What am I looking for in a mod?

1. I look at what people are doing for me.
2. I look at what people are doing for themselves.
3. I look at what people are doing for the world.
4. I look at their track record to study their life.
5. I try to authenticate they are who say they are, they must be verified, vetted.
6. I look at what others say about them, their reputation, public image, proof, evidence, facts, archives, etc.
7. I look at their plans for the future.
8. I look to see if they have skin in the game because I need an insurance policy, backup plan, fire insurance, etc.

In conclusion, I evaluate all these things together and more, I look at what the people did, do, are doing, will do, might do, etc. I look at their foot prints online.

There is a wide variety and combination of things that can get you promoted. This is simply a general outline.
