Apreciados amigos de la Comunidad PETALS, comparto con ustedes esta publicación centrada en una hermosa Rosa. Pretendo conectarlos más con la parte estética y emotiva de la flor antes que la parte científica.
Dear friends of the PETALS Community, I share with you this publication focused on a beautiful Rose. I intend to connect them more with the aesthetic and emotional part of the flower before the scientific part.
1.- ¿Qué decir de una Rosa que ya no se haya dicho, cantado? // What to say about a Rose that has not already been said, sung?
La hermosura de una rosa nos lleva a atribuirle significados muy variados, el principal de estos es representar El AMOR. Para ello hemos recurrido a los colores, la cantidad y hasta la forma como hacemos llegar nuestra Rosa a la persona amada. Tal es así que una rosa roja refiere a la pasión mientras que un blanca nos lleva a la inocencia y a la pureza. The beauty of a rose leads us to attribute very varied meanings to it, the main one of these is to represent LOVE. For this we have resorted to the colors, the quantity and even the way in which we send our Rose to the loved one. So much so that a red rose refers to passion while a white one leads us to innocence and purity. 2.- Una Rosa Rosa // A Pink Rose
Les traje una Rosa de color “rosa”, me gustó los significados que le atribuyen por los que se los coloco como cita:
I brought you a "pink" rose, I liked the meanings that they attribute to it, so I put them as a quote:
“Si te regalan rosas rosas, están alabando tu simpatía y franqueza. Las rosas de este color simbolizan la ausencia de maldad, de doble intención. Manifiestan aprecio, cordialidad, actitud positiva y belleza.”

3.- Cantar Rosa // Sing Pink
Desde poemas, a canciones hemos usado a la rosa como medio para expresar sentimientos y emociones que se generan en el amor correspondido y más aún cundo la otra persona no nos corresponde o en el peor de los casos nos deja. Los invito a que escuche la canción del grupo Mecano:

4.- Gertrude Stein y su frase 'una rosa es una rosa es una rosa es una rosa' // Gertrude Stein and her phrase 'a rose is a rose is a rose is a rose'
Sin embargo, es quizás con esta frase que la Rosa fue empleada para conectarnos con la simpleza de ser quien uno es, sin estar buscando complejidades y explicaciones rebuscadas. La poetisa Gertrude Stein nos invita en esa frase a asumirnos en nuestra propia identidad, y ser quienes somos. En este enlace puedes conocer más al respecto.
However, it is perhaps with this phrase that the Rose was used to connect us with the simplicity of being who one is, without looking for complexities and elaborate explanations.
