Hace un año y un mes Nacía "El Comentador" , una cuenta que tenía el objetivo de educar a la comunidad en el arte y hábito de comentar. Pero a la vez, nacía con otro fin: recompensar esos comentarios de calidad y valor que abundan en nuestra amada plataforma.
Y así fueron pasando los días. Se lanzó una iniciativa de la mano de Theycallmedan que impulsó mucho la idea. Posts iban y venían. Se configuró un trail que permitía dejar un estímulo económico a quienes comentaban con compromiso y dedicación. Se formó un equipo maravilloso que creyó en este proyecto, en sus valores, en su esencia. Dieron lo mejor, me consta porque tuve el privilegio de trabajar con ellos. Tuvimos un grupo de Discord, en WhatsApp donde debatíamos, compartíamos, bromeábamos y hasta discutíamos. Fueron personas comprometidas, responsables, que fueron creciendo de la mano del proyecto y este proyecto de la mano de ellos.

Y qué decir de quienes nos apoyaron con delegaciones de HP, uniéndose al trail, ayudándonos en nuestro servidor de Discord. Tuvimos una suerte increíble. La comunidad respondió positivamente y @elcomentador se esforzaba por retribuirle a Hive todo lo bueno (y hasta lo malo, porque los haters y cizañosos no faltaron) que recibía de ella.
Y entonces, un terremoto llegó de imprevisto y tambaleó los cimientos del proyecto. Se cayeron algunas columnas, se resquebrajaron las paredes y el piso se cuarteó. Pero @elcomentador no se derrumbó. La idea seguía viva. De hecho, ¡sigue viva! Y es que así como unos se fueron (se perdieron algunos apoyos), otros han llegado. Pero lo mejor, lo mejor de todo es quienes se han mantenido y eso, créanme, tiene un sabor especial e incomparable, porque es allí cuando uno se da cuenta de quien es quien, quien creía de verdad en la idea la estaba apoyando desinteresadamente. Sin exagerar, creo que nada es tan sabroso como saber que tienes el apoyo de la gente "de a pie", de la gente "común y corriente" y que mientras una idea siga teniendo el apoyo de la comunidad, quien esté detrás o al frente de un proyecto tendrá mil razones para continuar, para seguir, para intentarlo una y otra vez, siempre que lo haga también por amor y compromiso.
Y a esos que de alguna manera me mostraron su apoyo públicamente o en privado, en palabras o en hechos, es a quienes de manera especial les dedico este post. Porque luego de un tiempo de pausa, de revisión y "vacaciones", hoy tengo el placer de presentarles a "Hive Comments", la comunidad del compromiso y la interacción en Hive.
No haré una fiesta, ni redoblaré tambores ni platillos. Tampoco lo gritaré a los cuatro vientos, quizá solo a dos. Este post quizá no lo vea nadie, como tal vez lo vean muchos. Lo que sé es que quienes vengan y comenten, o quienes se vayan sumando a este proyecto y ahora comunidad, para trabajar serán bienvenidos si en verdad desean trabajar por y con amor y compromiso. Si antes fui exigente para escoger a los que se unieron al equipo de " El Comentador", ahora lo seré más.
@elcomentador está aquí para crecer y ayudarte a ti a hacer lo mismo. Hay muchas cosas que diré luego, ideas que tengo en mi cabeza y que poco a poco cristalizaré. Porque sí señores, así trabajaré, poco a poco, con calma, pero sin pausa.
"El Comentador" y su comunidad "Hive Comments", volvieron y llegaron, respectivamente, para seguir educando, recompensando, estimulando y guiando a los Hivers para que esta colmena sea una plataforma social, pero verdaderamente social, con interacción real, orgánica, honesta y muy comprometida.

¿QUÉ CONTENIDO ACEPTAMOS EN HIVE COOMENTS?
Te invitamos a publicar contenido sobre el compromiso (engagement), blogging, relaciones humanas, psicología, networking, comunicación oral y escrita. Estos serán los temas principales, o temas nichos. Puedes publicar directamente o hacer una publicación cruzada (cross posting). También son bienvenidos los retos/concursos/iniciativas relacionados con la interacción y los comentarios. Nuestro objetivo es estimular el compromiso y la interacción social en Hive.
Pero además, puedes publicar o crosspostear sobre cualquier contenido o temática. Lo único que pedimos es que te comprometas a interactuar con sus lectores y otros autores y cumplas las normas abajo descritas. Más que identificarnos con un tema específico, queremos que "Hive Comments" sea la comunidad del compromiso (engagement), que quienes publiquen aquí sepan que sus posts será comentados por quienes hacen vida en ella.
Por ahora no contamos con el apoyo de ballenas o proyectos de curación. Pero sé que al ver el trabajo y la importancia de esta comunidad, varios querrán apoyar el contenido que se pueda publicar o compartir (cross post) aquí.

A year and a month ago El Comentador" was born, an account that had the objective of educating the community in the art and habit of commenting. But at the same time, it was born with another purpose: reward those comments of quality and value that abound in our beloved platform.

A wonderful team was formed that believed in this project, in its values, in its essence. They gave their best, I know because I had the privilege of working with them. We had a Discord group, in WhatsApp where we debated, shared, joked and even discussed. They were committed, responsible people, who grew hand in hand with the project and this project hand in hand with them.

And what to say about those who supported us with HP delegations, joining the trail, helping us on our Discord server. We were incredibly lucky. The community responded positively and @thecommenter was doing his best to give back to Hive all the good (and even the bad, because the haters and chatterers were not lacking) that he received from it.
And then, an earthquake came unexpectedly and shook the foundations of the project. Some columns fell, walls cracked and the floor cracked. But @elcomentador did not collapse. The idea was still alive. In fact, it's still alive! And just as some left (some supporters were lost), others have arrived. But the best, best of all is those who have supported it and that, believe me, has a special and incomparable flavor, because that is when you realize who is who, who really believed in the idea and was supporting it selflessly. Without exaggerating, I believe that nothing is as tasty as knowing that you have the support of the "ordinary" people, and as long as an idea continues to have the support of the community, whoever is behind or in front of a project will have a thousand reasons to continue, to continue, to try again and again, as long as he/she does it also for love and commitment.
And it is to those who in some way showed me their support publicly or privately, in words or in deeds, that I dedicate this post in a special way. Because after a time of pause, review and "vacation", today I have the pleasure to introduce "Hive Comments", the community of engagement and interaction on Hive.
I will not throw a party, nor will I beat drums and cymbals. Nor will I shout it from the rooftops. This post may not be seen by anyone, as it may be seen by many. What I know is that those who come and comment, or those who join this project and now community, will be welcome if they really want to work for love and commitment.
