Meteora by car, in 25 stunning travel photos

Well, let me first admit that only five out of those twenty five photos I took from a moving vehicle. I really hate to shoot that way, but sometimes that's the only option to visually memorize a place or a moment.

Meteora, the famous monastery mountain complex and its surrounding area with the town, the valley and the nearby village are a stunning area to explore. And considering the constant lack of time, the best way to explore as much as possible, is by car.

Ideally, one week is sort of enough to meet a few new days, to touch a few sunsets, to visit some of the monasteries and of course, take some of the hiking routes from the town to the monasteries and backwards.

However, let me assure you, you'll never have the feeling the time was enough. 'Cause everyone who goes there, falls in love with this breathtaking and divine place in Greece.

Who would not fall in love with such wowing views?

Who would not fall in love with the feel and idea of being among the birds?

Who would not fall in love with the opportunity to flow with the clouds?

Who would not fall in love with touching the eternity together with the trees?

Who would not fall in love with those charming architectural details?

Who would not fall in love with chapels, sheltered by giant cliffs?

Who would not fall in love with old roman bridges?

Who would not fall in love with snow covered peaks?

Who would not fall in love with beautiful misty mornings?

Who would not fall in love with the calm life and the famous warm Greek hospitality?

Who would not fall in love with the unique perspectives?

Who would not fall in love with the crisp, crystal-clear healing air?

Who would not fall in love with the endless hidden narrow paths?

Who would not fall in love with the local guardians?

Meteora... one truly divine place to fall in love with...
