'Burning' in the things you do - that's how I understand life.
To put your whole heart and soul into what you do.
And to do it not in the best possible way at all. But in YOUR best possible way.
This is my leading philosophy in life.
And this man I shot playing the guitar as a volunteer for a public event of his friend is my ideal, a direct personification of my ideals and life values.
I know he didn't even notice me standing in front of him with a camera in my hand.
I know he didn't see me pointing the camera at him.
He was too busy with other, more important things -
to perform his music in the best way possible for him.
To burn in what he does, to merge with it, to die for a moment with it...
Hi, this is my today's entry to the #monomad challenge.

Have a wonderful, meaningful and different day!

Soul's Detour is a project started by me years ago when I had a blog about historical and not so popular tourist destinations in Eastern Belgium, West Germany and Luxembourg. Nowadays, this blog no longer exists, but I'm still here - passionate about architecture, art and mysteries and eager to share my discoveries and point of view with you. |
