Time-honoured restaurants are disappearing. Time-honoured, cosy districts are being demolished and replaced by modern buildings and upgraded (whose values...?). Cheap housing and the tenants who depend on it are disappearing from the cities. Aunt Emma shops are being replaced by expensive, cold concept shops. How do you see it...? Los restaurantes de toda la vida están desapareciendo. Los barrios antiguos y acogedores están siendo demolidos y sustituidos por edificios modernos y mejorados (¿valores de quién?).
