Black and White Time Machine, Tuscany, Italy

Greetings, lovers of the art of the black and white photography!

It was quite a day yesterday for me as I made a big step and decision in my life and now I am waiting to see what the universe will put in front of me. We all know plans are one thing and what actually happens is /most of the times/ a completely different thing ;) The future will tell!

Yesterday was also a day I went to the big city, met few friends, few planned meetings and one rendezvous. It almost felt normal, apart from giving the usual hugs that we people exchange. Fuck you, covid. No pardon. However, I am grateful for the time I spent with my friend with whom I shared the photographic travel to Tuscany back there in the "normal" times. To freely travel in Italy now seems a dream as some of our basic human rights went to the drainer and we allowed it without any hassle. Anyway.

Here are few shots that I post-processed earlier today and I would like to share now.

You probably know by now how much I love Black & White or sometimes referred as Monochromatic photography. I have always believed that while Color Photography shows the external part of our world, Black and White Photography shows the soul, the inner hidden side of everything. Please consider the first photo of this post as my entry today to the established #monomad daily contest by @monochromes, supported by @qurator, thank you everyone for your hard and continuous efforts to build and grow this great community!
