This is my entry for the #monomad challenge hosted and curated by @monochromes
Last time when it was my turn to pick up my son from his day care, I decided to go there early to check on the area around the day care. Although I have been living for a few years in that town, I hardly go out and explore the area except for the one time when I made the post about the area surrounding the Palace.
This time I decide to go around the palace, and learn that there actually two part of the palace that is divided by a street. I still have not dare yet to enter the premises, as my only intention was just to walk around. maybe next time I will visit the Palace, with a better preparation. : )
But this time in this post, I will show you the windows and the gate that I capture in the houses that I see that time.
I worn out window, and this one is kind like an old style house window, where the window is divided into two parts.
This window caught me by surprise as initially I though it is just a wall with ornament, but after a closer inspection there is a window beside the wall ornament.
Now to the gate, this old gate is one of the gate that is available around the palace. Not sure what kind of gate it is, since the name plate was missing. It supposed to be around in the white patches on the right side of the gate.
And entrance gate to the Palace temple, it belong to the whole royal family. I am not sure if it is open for public to pray there when they have ceremony.
And the last one is the gate of a house next to the palace, looking at the style as well as the location, it might be belong to a person with high status and position during the kingdom era.
