Human's Best Friend (or so) - Monomad challenge

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge hosted and curated by @monochromes

Here, look at the difference between the two of human's best friends, and let me know if you notice something different.

This is how we treat the dogs differently. One is someone's pet, while the other is simply a feral dog that seems to be running around in the parking lot of one of the beaches that I visited recently.

One is with the cloth, and a leash which seems to be an imported type of dog breed. While the other one is the local type of dog, which is somehow forgotten by the people, simply because they are local, and not that cute like the imported ones. Also, there is no prestige to having the local breed at home, not like that imported breed that one can be proud of, or brag about. The two sad things about something that we call the human's best friend. I am not saying it is happening all over the world, but this is what happening around me.

Another one, seeking shelter behind the wall, from the scorching heat of dry season's sun rays.

The same one as the cover post, I saw it running across the parking lot, before it played with the imported one.

Waiting for mercy, from the common people who is trying to provide for the family in a simple way, despite the huge tourism industry in which the money flows elsewhere.

Eating on the food that some good samaritan put on the ground for the feral dog to eat, if they found it. This one is lucky to find it, and have it a go, to fill its stomach.
