These photos were taken at the Tong-la pass in Tibet, which is situated at 5.120 m. above sea level. It took us 6 days to drive from Lhasa in Tibet to Kathmandu in Nepal. After a stop at the pass, we left the mighty snowcovered Himalayas and it was downhill all the way to the Nepalese border.
