Hola mis amigos de Hive, espero se encuentren muy bien es un gusto para mi poder saludarles una vez más,en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes la elaboración de unas ricas empanadas de maíz, le llamamos así porque es lo que conocemos como harina pan una harina hecha a base de maíz. Primero que nada a 1 1/4 de taza de agua agregaremos sal al gusto luego añadiremos lentamente 1 taza de harina de maiz 🌽 después mezcle continuamente y deje reposar durante dos minutos, luego amase lentamente hasta obtener una masa consistente ( es importante mencionar que ha dicha mezcla podremos agregar harina de trigo. Cuando la masa ya esté lista vamos a cortar con una tijera un cuadrito de bolsa que nos va ayudar, luego tomamos la porción que deseamos de masa en mi caso no tomo mucho para que la empanada no quede tan gruesa de masa y así sentir el relleno a la hora de comerla. > When the dough is ready, we are going to cut a square of the bag with scissors that will help us, then we take the portion of dough that we want.
