Traditional Suspension Bridge in B&W |

You must have heard of the Leuser Mountain Forest, which is one of the lungs of the world. Leuser forest is better known as Mount Lueser National Park covering an area of 1,094,692 hectares and mostly in Aceh Province and only three districts / cities are in North Sumatra Province. The Gunung Leuser National Park is so important, that actor Leonardo DiCaprio once visited there to see nature conservation firsthand.

In the last three months, I visited there twice for different purposes. I used this opportunity to take some unique photos near the forest in the Ketambe area, Southeast Aceh.

Many of the Leuser forests are located in the Southeast Aceh region. I was lucky to be able to stay in a forest area and feel the fresh air there. But Southeast Aceh is not just a forest, it turns out that there I found many traditional suspension bridges connecting one village to another.

The traditional suspension bridge is only one meter wide. From there, I saw a motorbike go by. Villagers transport crops such as chocolate on motorbikes. When they passed, the wooden-floored bridge swayed violently as if it was about to collapse. I docked the cables so they didn't fall.

But don't doubt the strength of this bridge. I tried the L-Site position on the suspension bridge. besides testing the strength of the steel rope, it is also to test the strength of the body. My friend Bustami Ibrahim, I asked him to aim the camera. I posted it in monomad because it fits in the middle of a natural setting. []
