Monomad: Maplet

This is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge hosted and curated by @monochromes.

When I entered the Saweuk forest this afternoon, I met a new friend. She seemed to come to greet me and perched on my index finger.

Every now and then she flapped her wings slowly. I thought she was going to fly away, but she didn't. It seems she loves me.😍😁

Oh my God! She's so sweet. She is commonly called the maplet (Chersonesia rahria), a beautiful butterfly belonging to the family Nymphalidae.
