Updates for 6th of Feb - Desktop App, Permissions editor and bugfixes galore

I didn't have as much focussed coding time this week, but I still managed to deploy some nice updates.

Initial desktop release!

It's still read-only until I add smartlock, but it works :)

As promised last week, you can now edit or remove the default beneficiary in the settings menu

Post sidebars now show the post author in the case of shared accounts

New components for carousel displays community feeds, and posts from a specific community

Post preview footers now display and link to the community they were posted in

This indicator appears when the max_accepted_payout is set to less than $100

Changes to the transfer dialog, it now searches and autocompletes usernames, has shortcuts for common exchange deposit addresses, and an updated list of "bad actor" accounts (people typo-squatting common exchange addresses).

Comment filtering and sorting controls at the top of comment threads

You can now reblog from the post sidebar

New Account authorities editor in your profile - No direct key edits or changing threshholds (yet)

View full post metadata button in the sidebar, now shows all metadata
