Hello everyone,
Today I cooked a kind of Myanmar dish for dinner. I'm not very good at cooking. That's why I cook alone only sometime. Most of the time, I get a little help from my mother when I cook. Today I did not take my mother's help in cooking. I have often seen the recipe of the dish I am cooking today. So, this is not difficult for me. The Myanmar dish I cooked today is a mainly combination of tomato, fish paste and chili. Some people say that they can eat the same this dish with rice without the need for many dishes. This dish is eaten by almost all Myanmar people. They really like this dish.
Because this dish is easy to make. It also costs less because you do not need a lot of ingredients. And it tastes good. Let me first tell you about the ingredients for this dish.
Ingredients-
- tomato
- onion
- fish paste
- Chili
- garlic
- cooking oil and
- a little salt
I use only five tomatoes for this dish. If you want to eat more, add more tomatoes. I washed the five tomatoes thoroughly with water.
Then I peeled two onions. I also sliced the two onions. I also sliced the tomatoes.
First, I grind a little garlic and a little pepper.
Then I grind the sliced tomatoes again. I put the grinded tomatoes and sliced onions in a bowl.
I heated a little oil in a pan. You do not need to use a lot of oil when cooking these tomatoes dish.
When the oil is hot, I fry the sliced onions. I fry the onions until they turn yellow.
Then I put some fish paste in it. I didn't like fish paste very much, so I added a little.
Then I added some grinded tomatoes and a pinch of salt and fried it again. After frying for another 5 minutes, I can transfer it to a plate.
Now I have a delicious dish of tomato fish paste Myanmar dish.
This dish is also eaten by some Burmese people with some vegetables. Myanmar people often associate this dish with cucumber, okra, carrot and chayote.
They eat okra and chayote only after boiled in hot water. This dish is easy to make and very tasty. I really like this dish. If you want to try a Burmese dish, you should try this easy-to-cook dish.
