Pungko – Pungko is one of my favorite street food here in Cebu. Pungko-Pungko sa Fuente in Cebu City is the top choice of many Cebuanos because it’s cheap and delicious. Pungko-Pungko sa Fuente has been recognized as Sunstar’s Best Of Cebu. Best Pungko-Pungko Place. Cebuanos and tourists come here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

One of the top choice of Cebuanos is the crispy and delicious “Ginabot” Ginabot is crispy, deep fried pork innards. Among the cheap but delicious are Lumpiang ngohiong (spring rolls), fried hotdogs, boiled eggs, longganisa, pork chops, crab meat, fried chicken skin, bola-bola (Fried meat pork or beef), fried shrimp, chorizo, fried brains or Cebuano people call it “Tuslob Buwa” It’s basically brain of a peg, and lastly kids top choice, chorizo. All of this comes with the “suka” (vinegar) and “silli” (chili) and a lot of onions. You don’t have a perfect pungko-pungko experience if you don’t try the “suka” and “silli” sauce.
