Beans Recipe with Dry Fish - Tasty Friday

Friends, Happy Friday everyone.

Today started with a nice weather, sunny all around, the weather is quite dry, due to which today is relatively warm. The temperature seems much higher than yesterday and I am sweating profusely. Maybe this is happening due to the effect of heat, due to which I have to drink a lot of water. Because excessive sweating can cause dehydration.

This warmth is not at all good for the environment, because at this time there was supposed to be a lot of rain in our country but instead the environment is getting warmer day by day. This variation may be an ominous signal for us, perhaps a different warning for the environment.

I didn't dare to go out due to the high heat today, even though today is our weekend, I stayed at home all day and spent time in my vegetable garden. It's a great feeling for me, weeding the vegetable garden today. However, today I will share with you a delicious recipe of dry fish. I used tomatoes and beans with dry fish.

Recipe Ingredients-

  • Dry fish
  • Tomatoes
  • Beans
  • Onion
  • Raw chilies
  • Coriander leaves
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Oil
  • water
  • salt

Preparation method-

First I put a pan on the stove and heat oil, then chopped onion and sliced dry fish and fried it lightly.

Then I added all the spices along with the ginger garlic paste, then grinded the spices with light water.

After grinding the spices, add beans and tomato slices, mix with spices and cover with a lid for some time.

I removed the lid and added enough water for the broth and cooked it like this for quite some time. After the broth reduced and thickened, I added raw chillies and coriander leaves and after some time took it out to serve.

Ready to serve my today's dry fish and bean recipe, I found the recipe very tasty today because of the taste.

All are my original photographs.

Thanks all.
