Playing with rabbits

After visiting Sri Talam Cat Cafe, I and my family went to Festival City Mall which is located in Setapak, Kuala Kumpur. It was raining heavily that day. Luckily we were able to get indoor parking.

I am not very familiar with Festival City Mall. I have only been there a couple of times. There are too many malls within the Setapak area and I prefer to go to Wangsa Maju Aeon Mall compared to other malls.

On that day, the reason why we went to Festival City Mall was that Festival City Mall is the nearest mall from the cat cafe. It was only 5 minutes of driving from Sri Rampai to Setapak.

My daughters were hungry after leaving the cat cafe. The initial plan was to get our late lunch at any roadside stall. But since it was raining heavily, I decided to get our lunch at the mall.

It was still raining even after getting our lunch. So we take a stroll inside the mall just to kill time. While walking, we saw a small petting zoo set up nearby the mall center court.

One of the attractions was the rabbit petting cage. There are five rabbits inside the cage. My daughters saw the banner that stated 'Rabbit petting RM3 for 10 minutes'.

My daughters said they wanted to pet the rabbit. Looking at the pricing, I think it was reasonable. So I paid for both of them to enter the rabbit petting cage. Entrance into the cage was limited to five people at a time.

My daughters need to wait for another 5 minutes before it is their turn. When it was their turn, my daughters did not waste any time, they jumped into the rabbit petting cage 😅

Even though 10 minutes is just a short amount of time. I can see how happy they were playing with the rabbits. Once I get my salary from the new job, I want to bring them to Farm in the city which is the largest petting zoo in Malaysia.

Visitors can pet & feed many animals at this popular zoo with various habitats & a souvenir shop: >>Link to farm in the city website<<
