It has been quite some time since I last attend an interview session. My last interview session was on last year. Today at 2 PM, I will have an interview session with one of the IT solution principals which is Nutanix.
To be honest, I am nervous about this interview session. Since the beginning of last year, I have been trying to find a way out of my current company. There are reasons why I want out, but I won't disclose them here.
Last week, while I was doing my proposal, I received a call from Nutanix Singapore. The person calling is the recruiter for the company. She said she saw my profile on Linkedin and feels that my profile fits into their System Engineer role.
I am so happy that my profile got noticed by the recruiter. Since last Friday, I have been using my free time to practice for my interview session. I want to do my best for the interview. This could be my chance to enhance and improve my career
By the time I posted this, there is another 1 hour before the interview started. Wish me luck guys / girls 😁😁

The interview is set for today from 2 pm until 3 pm. Coincidentally, I knew the person who's gonna interview me. I meet him during his time in VMware. I did a few projects with him 8 years back. Hopefully, he still remembers me

The interview is conducted online via Zoom. Meaning I need to ensure my internet connection, webcam, and microphone is working fine. I don't want any unnecessary interruption to happen during the interview.
I log on into their testing room to test my equipment. Thankfully, all tests were completed without any errors.

Even though it is an online interview, I want to wear something that looks professional for the session. So I am preparing to wear my shirt and put on my jacket. Unfortunately, I couldn't find my tie.
