Early this morning I went to the nearest market. To buy what I need to cook. I bought some necessities for the shrimp paste and some other fruits.

Here is the list of items purchased.

1. Shrimp Set 0.1 vess (1200 MMK)
2. Cucumber 3 Pcs (300 MMK)
3. A little Green Leaf (100 MMK)

INGREDIENTS

1. Shrimp
2. Cucumber
3. Green leaf
4. eggplant
5. Garlic
6. Onion
7. Chili powder
8. Oil
9. Tomato
10. Salt
11. Spicy powder

HOW TO MAKE

First, wash the vegetables with water. Dirt and dust can stick to the market and disinfect should be cleaned. After washing, cut the tomato, garlic and onion. And you can add chili, but I prefer chili powder. So mix the chili powder and the chopped onion. Add enough oil and season to taste. Mix everything and add shrimp paste. My photo will show you step by step.

One thing to keep in mind when it comes to mixing. Shrimp paste and seasoning powder should not be mixed at first. Add the seasoning and onion and chili powder and then add the shrimp paste.

When all is done, you have a delicious shrimp paste salad. I really like eating it with hot and soft rice. This is a Burmese dish and I would like to know about Asean food. Please use ASEAN HIVE COMMUNITY to share your country's culture and food.

Thank to you for visiting my blog and take a time to read my post.
