In the future, these lands that you have bought would definitely be worth a lot. Population growth and Cambodia's economy will grow too. =) Setting up near the Thai border is a great idea... =) Then you can go to Thailand for short trips.. too. When I was a child, my parents brought me to Bangkok a couple of times. It's a beautiful place and the people there are super polite.
