The last day in Hatyai before heading back to Penang then back to Sarawak. So while we were exploring around Hatyai, we came to this particular restaurant that was pretty popular here in Hatyai. Highly recommended by a lot of tourist guidebooks. At this point of time, I've been in Hatyai for a day and a half. Do read prior post to get a better idea of the prior post. We were here for some hot noodles. Nothing beats having a bowl of hot noodles to start off the day.
This restaurant is quite well known
This shop specializes in soup noodles with meatballs.
Full house
Lots of people eating here. This is how popular this restaurant is.
The menu
This is a restaurant that many locals visit. Not much tourist here. Everything written in Thai. I used my google translate app and translated some of it to roughly get an idea of what on the menu.
An old picture
I guess, it was she who started it all and it has been passed down to the next generation.
Some vegetables on the table
I am not sure what to do with this. But I did not consume it. There wasn't a price tag. So anything that doesn't have a price tag won't be entertained.
Milk coffee
A cup of delicious coffee. The lady was busy brewing coffee. Ice coffee that is.
Deities
All over the city, in most restaurants were altars for the owners to pray.
A bowl of noodle in soup
This bowl of noodles was delicious. The gravy taste absolutely savoury.
Yummy
A bowl of delicious greatness to start off the day.
I hope that you enjoyed reading this post. Have a great day. There are still more post to come.
