It's Friday. Starting my morning with KOLOK MEE

It's me @luueetang, How has your day been? Have you eaten breakfast? What's breakfast like in your country or city?

Currently, it's 8:44am. Time to get myself some food.

Starting the morning, the Sarawakian way. Different parts of Malaysia eat different breakfast.

KOLOK MEE / Noodles marinated in vinegar

This is one of the most commonly eaten bowl of noodles here in the city. Minced meat, noodles, leek with vinegar and soy sauce. I usually use a pair of chopsticks to mix up everything well. This bowl is rather huge.

There is also Laksa (One of Sarawak's favourite dishes). Due to inflation, the notice states that there would be a rise of 50 cents. I guess, this is due to the printing of money last year by the Malaysian government to aid the economy.

A cup of milk coffee and 3 layered tea

There was also Popiah / Fresh Spring Roll (A mix of different sliced vegetables wrapped). Healthy fast food on the go. Then there are also vegetable dumplings. My wife loves to eat these delicious vegetarian dumplings.

Diced mushrooms, sliced vegetables; radishes, lettuces fills up the inside of this dumpling. The skin is super soft and chewy.

This is a great way to start of my day. Hope that your happy and always be happy. Have a great day.
